Data we collect

Audit requests: company, name, work email, optional phone, role, state, trade, team size and software, plus the consent text you accepted. Website analytics: page path, referring site and campaign tags only, with no cookies and no IP address or device identifier.

For shops using Herdback, we process their customers' callback requests on their behalf (name, phone, optional email and message, consent record, hashed IP).

How we use it

To answer your request, run the audit and pilot, and measure which pages and channels bring requests. We don't sell or share personal data for advertising.

Retention and your choices

Prospect data is reviewed at the latest 180 days after collection and deleted if there is no ongoing conversation. Every email has an unsubscribe link; unsubscribed addresses are kept only as a one-way hash so we never contact them again. Ask us at any time to access or delete your data.

Do Not Track

We don't track visitors across sites, so we treat every visit the same way regardless of Do Not Track signals.
