Terms of service
Draft pending legal review. Not yet in force.
Provider: Nicolazic Tardy EI. These terms cover the free audit and the paid pilot.
The audit
Free, no obligation. You decide what call-log data to share and may remove names and numbers first. Results are estimates based on your data and the assumptions written in the report.
The pilot and subscription
Prices are those on the pricing page when you agree in writing. Payment by invoice; no automatic renewal during the test phase. You can stop at any time; unused paid days are not refunded unless agreed otherwise.
Your customers' data
You remain responsible for the consent shown on your forms and for how you contact your customers. We process their data only to provide the service and delete it on request or at the end of the agreed retention period.
No guarantee of results
We don't guarantee a number of leads, jobs or revenue.
